honestly, i’ve never had this problem. but be yourself, your boyfriend is dating you because he likes you for who you are. he doesn’t care about what anyone else thinks about you. if you’re afraid of judgement talk to your boyfriend about it. I’m sure he’ll know what to tell you to help you :)

when something in my life changes for the worse, i can’t eat. i lose my appetite and i basically “forget” to eat because the thing is on my mind for soo long and i loose track of hunger. Lol i’m still not hungry. but its ok. I take vitamins and drink milk. i get all my nutrients and stuff.
